Warranty
Five years warranty on all our solar air collectors!
We only use the best materials for our products. That's why we are pleased to provide a 5-year factory warranty on all our solar air collectors!
The product warranty includes:
SolarVenti Standard and SolarVenti Basement — Solar cell, fan, plug, back plate, frame, cover sheet, absorbent felt and wall and roof kit.
For the regulator, control, spare parts and other accessories, a 2-year product warranty is granted.
The 5-year product warranty came into effect on 1 April 2013.
The product warranty covers:
Defects at the time of delivery: There are defects or faults in the product at the time of delivery — for example, manufacturing or material defects. Depending on the defect, you can get the product repaired, exchanged or receive a discount.
Always check for defects or shortages upon delivery. In case of defects, SolarVenti or the retailer must be informed immediately.
Within the warranty period: If the product breaks down within the warranty period, it must be sent to a SolarVenti retailer for repair. Replacement parts and repair costs are at no charge to the customer.
Remember to keep the invoice as it serves as a warranty certificate.
The warranty does not cover:
The warranty does not cover defects that have arisen due to malfunction, lack of maintenance, modifications made to the product, gross misuse by the buyer/user, vandalism, storm damage or other external causes.

Independent test reports prove the superiority of SolarVenti collectors.
Delta Centre of Excellence
The Delta Center conducted independent tests of the best-selling solar air collectors on the market and compared them with SolarVenti products. The results show that there is a huge difference between the performance capabilities of the collectors.
Test 1: SV14 vs Scansun vs Grammer (September 2013)
The SolarVenti model is the definitive winner when looking at air change — with 60-80% greater air change compared to the two competitors.
Test 2: SV7 vs Suncore vs Maxivent (September 2013)
First place for total performance capacity in Watts/m² goes to SolarVenti. Measuring air change, SolarVenti is again the clear winner.
Test 3: SV7 vs Sol Fresh vs SPAH (August 2013)
SPAH 3 delivers only 50% and Sol Fresh 30 only 25% of the air volume that SolarVenti is capable of blowing.
Test 4: SV7 vs Dansolar vs Scanheat (November 2011)
The SolarVenti SV7 delivered approximately 100% more effective airflow than the other two models, and 41% and 24% higher efficiency, respectively.
DanETV — Danish Environmental Verification
DanETV tested and verified that SolarVenti models reduce the water content of indoor air through a combination of ventilation and heating. The result is a reduction in both relative and absolute humidity.

EN 12975 Certification — Fraunhofer Institut
The Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme tested SolarVenti according to European standard EN 12975-1. SolarVenti is currently the only Scandinavian solar air collector certified under this EN standard.
Solar Keymark — European Certification
The Solar Keymark is a voluntary third-party certification mark for solar thermal products, demonstrating compliance with relevant European standards. It is the main quality mark for solar thermal products in Europe.
